Deep Tissue massage uses neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release techniques to address your fascia (the protective tissue layer around your muscles, bones and joints) and the deeper structures (muscle tissue and tendons) which helps to address your overall knots and stiff areas while simultaneously improving recovery time, circulation, and chronic tension.

Sports Massage

Living in Jackson we are more active than most. A sports massage session addresses specific areas of pain, injury, or tension in a therapeutic manner. Sports massage can be both preventative and rehabilitative. Know you have a troublesome area and want it addressed before it becomes a problem? This is your type of massage.

Orthopedic/Clinical Massage

Using assessments of your Range of Motion, a postural analysis, and specific muscle tests, Mariah is able to assess and treat specific areas of pain in your body.  Orthopedic massage is great for those dealing with:

A therapeutic massage session is targeted towards the client who needs a break from the stressors of their everyday life. This massage uses traditional Swedish massage to help the client unwind and refresh.

Mariah is certified in pre-natal massage therapist. Massage during pregnancy addresses the special needs of the ever-changing body of the mother-to-be.
